Fall Entrance Exam
According to the Call for applications issued on January 14, 2014 in Jutarnji list we would like to inform all the interested candidates that the Fall entrance exam for Medical Studies in English programme will take place in Zagreb (Croatia), Tel Aviv (Israel) and Stockholm (Sweden) on September 03, 2014.
There are 7 available places. The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the joint list of the entrance exam results from Zagreb, Tel Aviv and Stockholm.
If the applicants who passed the entrance exam in summer term and gained the right to enroll give up their spot, other candidates who passed the entrance exam will be considered to fill their spot.
Prospective applicants should submit the following:
1. A completed application form (available on the MSE website)
2. Croatian citizens should submit the original or notarized copy of Domovnica, foreign citizens should submit a photocopy of valid passport (only pages with personal data and photo),
3. original, or notarized copy of birth certificate, or officially attested English translation, if birth certificate is not originally issued in English or Croatian,
4. originals or notarized copies of their secondary school certificates of all four years of secondary school and the final certificate of education or officially attested English translation if not originally in English or Croatian,
5. English language proficiency certificate (as listed on Medical Studies in English website)
6. original or notarized copy of general health status (not older than 1 month) issued by an authorized family physician (not a family member)
7. curriculum vitae in English language,
8. 4 photographs, 4×6 cm,
9. application fee in amount of 100€ (in HRK equivalent value):

10. financial statement that the applicant or his/her sponsor has adequate financial resources to finance his/her study (bank statement or statement of financial credibility).
Applicants who applied for the entrance exam in July and didn´t collect their documents from MSE office and would like to re-take the exam in Zagreb, should send a new application form and application fee payment confirmation by August 24, 2014.

Incomplete applications and applications sent by e-mail or fax will not be considered.
Entrance exam
Applicants have to take the entrance exam composed of high-school level biology, physics and chemistry. The test consists of 120 questions, with 40 questions from each subject (i.e. Biology, Physics, Chemistry) (entrance exam sample can be found on MSE website)
Knowledge catalogues for each subject can also be found on MSE website.
To pass the exam an applicant has to answer correctly to at least 14 questions from each subject and have the total of 60 correct answers.
Enrollments
Applicants who have passed the entrance exam and are eligible to enroll will receive the offer of place followed by the letter of acceptance and the contract. 10 days after signing the contract and the first tuition fee payment applicants gained the right to enroll. Applicants who have gained the right to enroll but don´t enroll in due time lose the right to enroll.
