Erasmus+ 2025/26 Traineeships – 1st Call
Deadlines: it is recommended to apply as soon as possible;

We are pleased to inform you that the University of Zagreb has opened the 1st round of calls for applications for the Erasmus+ student traineeships (duration of 2 months at a minimum) in the academic year 2025/2026.
The final deadline is 5 September 2025, but please see the text of the call for an overview of interim deadlines and result dates.
The call is open for graduate and postgraduate students who wish to start their traineeship in the period from 15 September 2025 to 31 July 2026 (more details in the call itself) and finish it by 30 September 2026 at the latest.
The call could be closed earlier (depending on the number of applications and availability of funds) so it is recommended to apply as soon as possible, that is immediately upon finding a host institution and receiving the Acceptance Confirmation document.
Since the application documentation needs to be submitted through the School of Medicine International Relations Office, please send it to our Office at least one week before the preferred date of application to the University so that the application can be processed on time.
