Offer of place

Applicants with complete applications and the entrance exam passed will receive the Offer of Place by e-mail. The School should receive the information whether an applicant accepts the Offer of Place, as well as the first installment of the tuition fee (2500 Euro, nonrefundable) within 10 days, otherwise the answer is regarded as negative and the applicant is put on the waiting list. In case an applicant changes his/her mind the status could be changed if there is still a place available.

After the School receives the acceptance of the Offer of Place it will send the Letter of Acceptance and the Student Contract to the applicant by regular mail. That is why it is very important that the mailing address in the application form is accurate.

The School should receive the information whether an applicant accepts the Student Contract within 10 days from receiving the Letter of Acceptance and the Student Contract, otherwise the answer is regarded as negative and the applicant is put on the waiting list. In case an applicant changes his/her mind the status could be changed if there is still a place available.

The Student Contract is regarded accepted as soon as the School receives the first installment of the tuition fee (2500 Euro) and receives the Student Contract signed by the student.
